Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. Kindly note that if 30 days have passed since your date of receiving the package, we will not be able to process refunds and/or exchanges.

    Return Criteria

    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including tags and protective packaging.
    • It must be in the original, enclosed packaging.

    Return Process

    Save your parcel and product’s picture and/or record its stage.

    Send us an email to support[at] Your email should include the following:

    • Attach the picture(s) and/or videos you recorded and saved.
    • The subject line should be “Return Request: Order Number XXXXX". XXXXX would be your order number.
    • Attest to not using the product(s) and that they are fully unpackaged and in original brand-new condition.

    Once your return request is received by our team, we will review it and we will send you further instructions via email.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the same.
      2. The refund process will then be initiated, taking into account the restocking fee (please see the relevant section below).
      3. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      4. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sales promotion (e.g. on-site sale, sales marketing campaign) or gift cards.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      The refund will show in your bank statement within 5 to 7 business days after it has been issued (i.e. after you got notified about refund approval).

      Restocking Fee

      All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 5.99USD per original order made.

      Return Shipping

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs whilst returning the item(s). Please make sure to send your parcel using a Tracked and Insured postage (or courier) service. We would only be able to refund you if we receive the parcel (and passes the relevant internal checks). Inside your parcel, please make sure to include the Order number and name used to make the order for identification purposes.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, it will be applicable for the same item only, and not in exchange for any other.

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver where they will be notified about the entire process.
